- Your direct superior is the Chief Engineer, but you are expected to follow the orders of your designated trainer.
- Technical Assistants are to work with the Chief Engineer, an Atmospheric Technician, or a Station Engineer to get on-the-job training.
- Once trained, Technical Assistants may perform simple duties such as setting up of the AME or deploying the solar panels.
- Technical Assistants may assist in any normal station repairs but must be closely supervised during any power generation duties.
- Technical Assistants may not make major station renovations or changes without direct supervision.
