  1. Your direct superior is the Captain.

  2. Nanotrasen Career Trainers are to ensure all personnel on station understand their role and position on the station to its most basic functions, such that the station can perform with a moderate level of efficiency.

  3. Career Trainers should avoid remaining with a singular person for the entire shift. While their job is to train people, there are many who might need their aid.

  4. Nanotrasen Career Trainers are not to do a Trainee's work for them.

  5. Trainees, such as Assistants and Cadets are often looking for what they're supposed to do. The Career Trainer should look out for lone Security Cadets, Technical Assistants, or other novice positions to see if they need help.

  6. If there's a specific member of the Command Staff missing, the Career Trainer can help with assessing available staff and providing recommendations of personnel to fill empty positions and coordinate efforts as needed.

  7. In the event of a lost or stolen NCT Data Chip, Nanotrasen Career Trainers are to report the incident to the Captain.

  8. The order in which to focus when determining what departments to check first is in order of efficiency to the station. Engineering is the highest priority, followed by Cargo, then Science, then Medical, then Service. While each department is important, station efficiency and function is the highest priority.
