  1. The Head of Personnel should not grant access to a non-service department unless they have a form stamped by the relevant head of the department.

  2. The Head of Personnel is expected to conduct inspections of the service department to ensure they are fulfilling their SOP.

  3. The Head of Personnel may not hire any staff to a Central Command Personnel position.

  4. It is the responsibility of the Head of Personnel to promote staff to fill any holes in staffing, including filling in for their own departments needs.
