SOP/Service/Bartender

1. Your direct superior is the Head of Personnel.
   
   
2. Bartenders are to ensure the bar remains staffed at all times, serving both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
   
   
3. Bartenders are to serve drink requests to the best of their capabilities.
   
   
4. The counter and bar is to be regularly maintained, cleaned, and kept free of debris and used glasses.
   
   
5. Bartenders are not to leave out pre-made drinks on the counter, each drink should be made to order.
