  1. Central Command Representatives represent Central Command and all interests and values of the company. They are on station to ensure compliance with Corporate Policy, as well as to advise Command Staff in matters pertaining to the Station.

  2. If members of Command Staff demonstrate behavior unbecoming of their role, it is the Representative’s duty to issue written warnings and, if necessary, have them removed from their positions.

  3. If there is no Captain on the station, it is the duty of the Representative to promote a temporary Captain from the Command Staff until a replacement arrives. Should no Command Staff be willing to take the role, Representatives are authorized to act as a Captain until such a time as one arrives.

  4. Barring extenuating circumstances provided in Sections 2 and 3, the Representative role aboard the station is purely advisory. Discipline should be carried out by the Security Team and Magistrate.

  5. Should circumstances arise in which extenuating circumstances must be applied (such as those from Sections 2 and 3), a fax must be sent out to Central Command to notify them of the situation. Should the situation be a dire emergency, the Red Phone may be utilized, but it is highly preferred to use faxes for recordkeeping purposes. Further, if the phone is used, the Representative will be expected to fill out a full situation report and have it faxed after the emergency has been resolved.

  6. Any sensitive documents within the Central Command Representative's possession at the start of the shift are to be kept secure. Central Command is to be contacted should any of these documents go missing.

  7. It is the responsibility of the Representative to serve as a bridge between the crew and Central Command. Central Command correspondences from non-Central Command personnel must bear the CCR Stamp to be considered valid.

Combination Locks

There are four things that use Combination Locks. The Station Nuke, the Syndicate Nuke, the Secure Briefcase, and the Wall Safe. While both Nukes have pre-set codes that can only be obtained by either faxing Central Command, or being a Nuclear Operative, the Safe and Briefcase can be set by their users to secure items like paperwork.

The Secure Briefcase can be found in the Central Command Representative's locker. It is recommended you use this briefcase to secure especially sensitive documents, such as Classified Documents, or communications from Central Command.

The Wall Safe can sometimes be found on stations inside secure areas, but is uncommon.

To set the combination for either device, enter a code the first time you open it then hit 'E' for Enter. You will then be prompted to input the code again to confirm. After you do so, it will be unlocked. Hitting any other numbers after this should lock it again.

You can change a set password by entering a new code and hitting 'C', then inputting the old code to confirm you are have access to do so.

Combination locks can be hacked into by opening the maintenance panel and hacking them like any other device, but it takes time.
